Heute ist wieder ein langer Tag, an dem Luke zwei Trainingseinheiten, einmal mit der Schulmannschaft und einmal mit dem FC Balboa hat. Die Temperaturen liegen weit \u00fcber 30 Grad. Emma muss diese Zeit dann mit Ericka bei Costco und sp\u00e4ter unter einem Sonnenzelt verbringen. Die Laune der Kinder ist dann zum Dinner nicht so prickelnd.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei letzte Male wird heute im Pazifik geschwommen.
